Dave Renfroe has been Senior Pastor of Crestview Church in Lakeland, Florida since October 2003. He is a graduate of Clear Creek Baptist Bible College and holds a Master of Arts in Biblical Studies from North Carolina College of Theology. He is an engaging, relevant speaker who has preached crusades and revivals all over the United States. Under his leadership, the church has nearly tripled in attendance and doubled its budget. He has overseen the retirement of more than 2 million dollars in debt. Most importantly the church has seen over 1,500 people come to know the Lord. Pastor Renfroe and his wife, Julie, are blessed with four children; Chase, Meg, Gabriel and Lily Grace.

Andy Frisbie has served as student pastor at Crestview since 2012. His message to his students is simple; live to glorify God. He has a Master's of Arts in Religion and Evangelism from Liberty University. Andy and his wife, Rebecca, are proud parents of three children; twins Elijah and Sadie, and their younger brother Jaden.

Jeff Hitt has led worship full time at Crestview since 2015. He and his wife, Sandy, enjoy movies, tennis and serving the church. His desire is to humbly lead people to a lifestyle of worship that glorifies God.

Ryan Pope was born and raised in Lakeland and graduated from Lake Gibson High School, and graduated from Florida Southern College with a Bachelor of Science in Education. Then, continued his education at Southeastern University, where he earned a Masters in Educational Leadership. One of the most crucial parts of children's ministry is fostering positive and loving relationships with children and their families that will help lead them to a personal relationship with Christ. This includes creating an atmosphere where students feel comfortable, engaged, and motivated to learn how to make a kingdom impact in their world.

And Jesus came and spoke to them, saying, “All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” Matthew 28:18-20

I, like the other leaders, am here to help and aid you in being a follower of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. We endeavor to teach and disciple all who come into this new relationship with Jesus. The Bible is our source and guide for all that we do.
