Dave Renfroe has been Senior Pastor of Crestview Church in Lakeland, Florida since October 2003. He is a graduate of Clear Creek Baptist Bible College and holds a Master of Arts in Biblical Studies from North Carolina College of Theology. He is an engaging, relevant speaker who has preached crusades and revivals all over the United States. Under his leadership, the church has nearly tripled in attendance and doubled its budget. He has overseen the retirement of more than 2 million dollars in debt. Most importantly the church has seen over 1,500 people come to know the Lord. Pastor Renfroe and his wife, Julie, are blessed with four children; Chase, Meg, Gabriel and Lily Grace.

Andy Frisbie has served as student pastor at Crestview since 2012. His message to his students is simple; live to glorify God. He has a Master's of Arts in Religion and Evangelism from Liberty University. Andy and his wife, Rebecca, are proud parents of three children; twins Elijah and Sadie, and their younger brother Jaden.

Mike Rippy began as children’s pastor at Crestview in June 2022. Mike has been in full time ministry for over 20 years in various roles including youth pastor and senior pastor. He is a graduate of Southeastern University where he earned his bachelor’s degree in church leadership. He is currently working on his Master of Divinity degree through Liberty University. Mike’s favorite book of the Bible is Colossians and one of his favorite verses which sums his life is Colossians 3:23 that says “Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters.” 

Jeff Hitt has led worship full time at Crestview since 2015. He and his wife, Sandy, enjoy movies, tennis and serving the church. His desire is to humbly lead people to a lifestyle of worship that glorifies God.
